LARGE-SCALE BEAUTY CAMPAIGN FOR HARRODS

Venue: Harrods
Client: Millington Associates / Harrods

VAST worked with existing client Millington Associates to support Harrods, where we are the recommended digital screen supplier, across a large-scale beauty windows campaign. For this project there were four different types of LED screen format used in varying setups across 14 windows of the Harrods Hans Crescent parade. This included narrow (500mm x 1000mm) and wide (1000mm x 1000mm) LED screens as well as split-screen LED that could show different content within two openings.

Prior to the project, each version of LED was mocked up to allow Harrods to see the setup in person, before the final install. VAST’s in-house prep team checked, tested and pre-loaded the content for the project before the screens were installed in-store.

The project involved 86 total panels of P2.5mm LED across 20 individual LED walls along the full run of Hans Crescent, showing campaign content for beauty brands such as Chanel, Valmont, Xerjoff, Byredo and many more.

VAST was also able to support Harrods’ desire to schedule the screens to turn on and off each day, by remotely programming an ongoing schedule for the screens to only be on from 7am to midnight.

The result was an eye-catching campaign which showcased more than 20 beauty brands from Harrods’ beauty hall, with every element of the client’s brief fulfilled.

“We have worked with VAST on multiple installations in the Harrods windows, each time it has been a pleasure to work with them and we are always confident that the digital elements will be installed smoothly and with great professionalism.

VAST have a great quality of work and install high-quality screens in our windows, they also go above and beyond to find solutions to any technical problems that may arise. Charlotte, Joseph and their team’s technical knowledge has been invaluable to ensure our window projects have run smoothly.”
