How to make your brand experiences & events stand out
At VAST we’re technical production experts, helping to ensure every brand experience and event looks and feels seamless, and is in-keeping with the high quality of the brands, agencies and production companies we support. When it comes to hosting a brand experience every element of the event from the lighting, to the audio, to how content is shared and displayed, contributes to the atmosphere and success of the event.
For this reason, we wanted to share some ideas that are perfectly suited to experiential events, parties, pop-ups and brand experiences.
1. Choosing the right lighting
We provide various types of lighting setups to help enhance your event. One of which is gobo lighting where we create a stencil to be used within a moving or static lighting fixture that projects an image or pattern, for example your brand logo, into the space. As shown below for a recent event for GIVENCHY, this creates a uniquely branded area and helps you to customise the event space.

We’re also able to provide uplighters and other ambient lighting which are an effective way to style more intimate parties and pop-ups with low lighting to enhance your venue on a budget. This type of lighting can enhance the feel of the space with your specific brand colours.
2. Using audio
At VAST we can provide a full range of audio setups covering presentations, awards, performances and DJ setups. We use industry-leading brands such as Yamaha, d&b, Shure and Pioneer to ensure that the audio runs smoothly at your event.
3. Screens and branded content
We have various screen options you can use for your brand experience depending on the look and feel of the event. From freestanding screens, to LED backdrops or screen columns, as shown in the example below, we can help you choose the perfect setup for any branded pop-up, event or party.
These different formats of screens are a great way to display sponsor logos and branded content to capture attention at this year’s brand experiences and events.
